Power to make wealth

 Text: Deuteronomy 8:18

The bible says in Deuteronomy 8:18 that

And you shall remember the LORD your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day.

QUESTION.

What does this scripture mean to you?

What is your understanding of it?

To win or succeed in life is not about physical strong, intelligence or physical connections,

It's about knowing God and total reliance on God,

If you noticed, the scripture above says Thou shall REMEMBER THE LORD YOUR GOD.this is the first rule to receiving the power to make wealth, constantly remembering, focusing on the LORD YOUR GOD,total commitment to his will,

So you see, true wealth does not come by your hard work though hard work is also good but hard work alone can't give you wealth without adding God,it's hard work and the power of God that brings true wealth,

Some of you may say that afterall you can also become wealthy through other means,

Well, yes I agree with you but such wealth don't last and they also have their physical and spiritual consequences for instance, early physical and spiritual death,no peace of mind and so many other problems that comes with such wealth for the bible says, what shall it profit a man to gain the whole world and lose his soul.

It is better to patiently wait for God's blessings while working hard than to follow the way of the world and lose your soul.

If you want genuine wealth, stick to and focus on God no matter the pressure,in due time, you will become wealthy and have peace which Satan can not give.

If you have not received Jesus Christ as your Lord and personal saviour,it's not too late to do so now by kneeling down where ever you are right now and asking him to forgive you of all your sins and come into your heart,

He is ever ready and willing to forgive matter the gravity, take that step now and you will be glad you did.

See you again soon,God bless you.

Finding True Love in Jesus Christ

Image
Finding True Love in Jesus Christ In a world filled with fleeting emotions, broken promises, and conditional affection, the search for true love often leaves many hearts wounded and empty. People try to find it in relationships, achievements, or possessions, but these only give temporary satisfaction. True, lasting, and unconditional love can only be found in one place—in Jesus Christ. The Source of Perfect Love The Bible declares, “God is love” (1 John 4:8). This means love is not just something God gives—it is who He is. The love of Jesus is not based on our performance, beauty, or status. It is unconditional, sacrificial, and eternal. He proved this by laying down His life for us while we were still sinners (Romans 5:8). A Love That Heals and Restores The love of Jesus reaches into the deepest parts of our hearts, healing wounds that no human can touch. He doesn’t just love us when we are at our best—He loves us through our failures, weaknesses, and mistakes. In Him, you...

WITH GOD ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE

Image
With God, All Things Are Possible Life often brings us face to face with situations that seem impossible. Whether it’s a mountain of debt, a chronic illness, a broken relationship, or a dream that feels out of reach, we can sometimes feel overwhelmed and powerless. But as believers, we are reminded through Scripture that our limitations are no match for God’s unlimited power. In Matthew 19:26, Jesus said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” These words were not just meant to inspire—they are a divine truth rooted in the character of God. He is not bound by natural laws, human reasoning, or worldly systems. God specializes in doing the impossible. Faith in God Changes Everything When we put our trust in God, we shift our perspective. What once looked like a dead end can suddenly become a new beginning. Faith opens the door for miracles. Think of Abraham and Sarah, who had a child in their old age. Think of David, a young shepherd boy who defeated a giant...

UNDERSTANDING MATHEW 24

Image
Understanding Matthew 24: A Wake-Up Call for Our Generation Matthew 24 is one of the most powerful and sobering chapters in the Bible. In it, Jesus gives His disciples a prophetic glimpse into the future — speaking about the destruction of the temple, the signs of the end times, and His second coming. As we read it today, it feels less like ancient prophecy and more like current headlines. In verses 1–2, Jesus shocks His disciples by telling them that the grand temple they admired would one day be completely destroyed. This prophecy was literally fulfilled in AD 70, when the Romans demolished the temple in Jerusalem. But Jesus didn’t stop there — He went on to describe what the world would look like in the days leading up to His return. He speaks of wars and rumors of wars, nations rising against nations, famines, earthquakes, false prophets, persecution, and lawlessness increasing. Sound familiar? Every generation has seen some of these signs, but many believe we are now w...
